交通事故で前歯が折れてしまった方です。破折片がしっかり戻りましたので、光重合型のレジンセメントで接着。片方はダイレクトボンディングで修復。患者様は開口ぎみでしたので、再び欠けるリスクは比較的低いと判断。ミニマムインターベンションで最も費用対効果の高い治療方針を選択しました。
元々の歯の解剖学的形態を温存でき、患者様は大変満足していただけました。

The patient visited our office to restore the fractured teeth due to an accident.
The chipped fragment was cemented with light cured resin cement for tooth No.8 and direct bonding was done for tooth No.9 considering cost and benefit.
