こんにちは。表参道・青山の歯科石上医院です。
前歯部のセラミッククラウン（差し歯）が装着後の写真です。患者様は「前歯の仮歯の形態が気に入らず、前医の先生が怖くて相談しずらい。」と転院されました。仮歯の適合が悪く、仮のセメントが溢れ出している状況でした。
右上の1番は前医で矯正的に挺出させた状態だったので、根の幅径が他の歯より小さく、理想的な歯の形態の付与や歯茎の隙間（ブラックトライアングル）のマネージメントもチャレンジングなケースでした。補綴だけでなんとかして欲しいという要望もあり、形と清掃性に問題ないか仮歯で確認して、理想的な状態に近づけていきました。

This is ISHIGAMI DENTAL OFFICE located in Omotesando / Aoyama, TOKYO.
This patient visited with a chief complain of "I have temporary crowns. I do not like the shapes and wanna complete the treatment with a prosthodontist”. We provided new provisional crowns following the facial follow concept and adjusted the shapes until she was satisfied.
We proceed to fabricate the final crowns, when she was satisfied with the prototype aesthetically and functionally.
