こんにちは。表参道・青山にある歯科石上医院です。こちらの患者様は、他院で奥歯のインプラント治療中に前歯に動揺が発現し来院されました。診断の結果、噛み合わせを高くして、前歯もインプラントのブリッジで治療することになりました。
当院では、最終的な補綴物の製作に入る前にまず仮歯を装着し、清掃しやすいかどうか、そして審美的に問題がないかを評価します。これにより、最終段階での調整が少なくて済みます。
今回は、笑った時にあまり歯茎が見えないこと、夜間の歯軋りが強いことを考慮し、割れない様に連結部は太く製作しました。

Hello. This is Ishigami Dental Office in Omotesando/Aoyama. This patient visited us due to mobility of her front teeth during implant treatment for her molars at another clinic. After diagnosis, we decided to increase the bite and treat the front teeth with an implant bridge.
At our office, we provide provisional crowns before fabricating the final prosthesis to assess the cleanability. This minimizes the need for final adjustments.
We made the connection of the prosthesis thicker this time to prevent fracture considering her low lip line and parafunction at night.
