この患者様は特に噛む力が強く、歯軋りもされているため、長期的な予後を考慮しTissue typeのインプラントを選択しました。この選択により機能的に優れた結果を得ることができたと思います。
仮歯を使用していただいて、清掃性や歯茎の状態を確認後、その形態をコピーしてセラミッククラウンに反映させました。

Hello, this is Ishigami Dental Office located in Omotesando/Aoyama. We would like to present a case involving a patient who developed tooth decay under a bridge. Unfortunately, the prognosis was poor so we decided to go with implant treatment. First, the tooth was extracted, and after the gums had healed, an implant was placed.

This patient had strong biting force and exhibited teeth grinding, so we chose a Tissue type implant considering the long term result.
