詰め物（レジン充填）の維持力は化学的接着に依存しています。よって、一つ一つのステップを丁寧に行わないと、本来の効果が発揮されません。これがTecnique sensitiveと言われる由縁です。当院では必ずラバーダムを行い精度の高い修復治療を心がけております。

The retention of the resin filling relies on chemical adhesion. Therefore, if each step is not performed properlly, the long term success will not be achieved. This is why it is called Technique Sensitive. At our clinic, we always use a rubber dam for an isolation and provide for high-quality restorative treatment.
