今日ご紹介するのは、イギリスで過去に治療を受けられた患者様のケースです。主訴は「左奥の被せ物をやり直したい」というものでした。精密な診断の結果、被せ物がきっちりとフィットしておらず、特に遠心部には大きな骨吸収が見受けられました。そこで、被せ物をやり直すにあたり、歯周組織再生療法として知られる「エムドゲイン」を活用し、後方の骨欠損部の改善を試みました。
歯軋りが強いため、ゴールドクラウンで修復です。

We would like to introduce the case of a patient who had previously undergone treatment in the UK. The patient's main complaint was that she wanted the crown on the back left side fixed. After an examination, we found that the crown did not fit properly and that there was a significant bone loss at the distal area. Therefore, when replacing the crown, we used Emdogain, a treatment known as periodontal tissue regeneration therapy, to restore the posterior bone defect.
