患者様は他院で前歯の治療を始めましたが、その続きを当院でやりたいということで来院されました。仮歯を装着したままでした。

歯の状態の確認のため新しい仮歯に入れ替えました。審美的な評価もしたいため、できるだけ笑い方に調和するように製作しております。少し歯の色が周りと比べて白くなりましたが、患者さんは大喜び。この仮歯をベースに最終的な被せ物の形態を決定していきます。

Hello. This is Ishigami Dental Office, located in Omotesando/Aoyama.

The patient had started treatment on her front teeth at another clinic, but came to us wanting to continue the treatment. She had temporary crowns.

We replaced them with new provisional crown after checking the condition of the teeth. We also wanted to evaluate the aesthetics, so we made them in harmony with her smile. As her jaw is slightly tilted to the right, we make sure her front teeth blend in as well.
We aim for highly aesthetic treatment, and create a natural, beautiful smile while respecting the individuality of each patient.
