他の医院で根管治療後に、当院で被せ物を入れたいと来院された患者様です。
レントゲン所見から大分歯茎の下の方まで樹脂が詰まっているのが分かりました。
被せ物は自身の歯の部分から立ちあげて、しっかり封鎖するのが原則ですので、特に今回のようなケースでは歯茎を傷つけないように慎重な操作が要求されます。
型取りをする時は糸を使用して、歯茎がかぶらないように行います。難しいケースではありましたが、精密な模型を作成し、患者様に安心していただけるよう最善を尽くしました。

This patient came to us to have a crown placed after root canal treatment at another clinic.
From the X-ray, I could see that the margin was located under the gum.
The principle of crowns is to raise them up from the tooth and seal them securely, so in cases like this, careful operation is required to avoid damaging the gums.
When taking the impression, we use thread to ensure that the gums do not overlap. Although it was a difficult case, we did our best to create a precise model and reassure the patient.
