被せ物は通常、歯茎上(縁上)に境目(マージン)を設定するのが大原則ですが、元々のクラウンが歯茎より下方(縁下)に設定されていた場合は同じ位置に設定するしかありません。
滲出液のコントロールや出血させないように型をとらないと正確なマージンを模型上で再現することはできません。
原則に従い着実に処置を進めていけば、綺麗に印象を取ることが可能です。クラウンの適合をよくするためには正確な模型を製作しなければなりません。
